I am a passionate music professional based in Hertfordshire, and play guitar, bass, piano and percussion. I have over 20 years experience as a writer, performer and producer, as well as a teacher, facilitator and project manager in community-based arts.

Several of my own tracks have been played on BBC Introducing, and debuted on Tom Robinson's Mix Tape on BBC 6, as well as BBC Three Counties.
